My mom and I visited "Leonardo" for the Christmas holidays. Travelling from Bulgaria by bus we arrived there unexpectedly early at 4.00 a.m. As a person who works at the same category hotel I was worried about the big fuss, additional payment, etc. coming ... But they surprised us :D Every...
